Corrections and citation queries
This is an editorial desk with a mailbox, not an office with a phone. The correspondence it is built to handle is narrow and specific: a citation that points at the wrong paper, a figure quoted differently from how the source reports it, a study that supersedes one listed here, or a passage where the confidence of the wording outruns the evidence behind it.
That last category is the most valuable, and it is the one this desk most wants to hear about. A site whose whole premise is that claims should be priced accurately is exactly the sort of site that should be embarrassed by an overpriced sentence of its own. Anyone who finds one is doing the work the desk exists to do.
Corrections are handled by checking the assertion against the numbered source on the references page. Where a source turns out not to support the wording, the wording changes.
What the desk cannot answer
It cannot answer medical questions, and it will not try. Whether a compound is appropriate for a particular person, at what dose, alongside what else, in what circumstances — every one of those is a clinical judgement about an individual, and this desk has neither the information nor the standing to make it.
It also cannot help with obtaining anything. There are no vendors here, no sources, no prices, no comparisons of where anything might be bought, and no interest in acquiring any. The only prices this site deals in are the cost of the studies, measured in participants, months and comparison groups.
And it cannot supply certainty the literature has not bought. Where a page says the evidence is thin, that is the finding, and no correspondence will thicken it.
